Guide

How to install

Skins are loaded by LTK Manager, the mod manager that replaced cslol-manager. Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit.

  1. Get LTK Manager

Download the latest -setup.exe from the official releases page and run it. Only use that page. Copycat repositories exist.

  2. Let it find League

On first start the manager looks for your League of Legends install by itself. If it cannot find it, pick the game folder when it asks.

  3. Download a skin

Press Download on any skin above. You get one .fantome file. Do not unpack it.

  4. Import it

Drag the file onto the LTK Manager window, or press Import (Ctrl + I) and choose it.

  5. Switch it on and press Start

Turn the skin on with its switch, then press Start. That runs the patcher. Now launch League from the Riot Client as usual.

  6. Turning it off

Flip the switch off and the next game loads the normal skin. Use one skin per champion at a time, unless a skin says it can be combined with a VFX mod.

Only you see it

Custom skins change the files on your PC. Other players see whatever skin you actually picked in champion select.

After a patch

A game update can break a skin. LTK Manager checks every mod after a patch and tells you which ones need a repair or a newer version.

At your own risk

Mod tools are not endorsed by Riot Games. LTK Manager also notes that Asian servers and Garena are not officially supported and may run into issues.

Still on cslol-manager

The same .fantome files import there too.
